Room was nice. Pool was closed for draining and cleaning. Would have been nice to know before hand, not at check in. The front desk said it’s a planed thing they do yearly, so definitely something they could add to the website prior to booking. Breakfast was subpar. We were there for sports, so I would dedicated book again.

The staff was great and went over and above to make my stay good..I can't say enough good things about the front desk staff and mgmt. Location was good near everything you need. The bed was pretty comfortable.

The room and carpet was clean. The staff and service was very helpful. Location is great. Room was spacious and had a night stand on both sides of the bed !

I have stayed here a few times. I like the location for it's close proximity to visit my family, plus there are a few restaurants and groceries near by. I appreciate that the rooms are comfortable and clean. I like having a mini fridge and microwave. Both are a nice convenience. Staff is always friendly and helpful when I have questions or need something extra.

Our first stay in Microtel and we are happy. Glad I picked it! Location is great. Hop away from the main highway,close proximity to gas stations,grocery store & restaurants. Not the biggest room but it is a good use of space with properly proportioned modern furnitures. First time to see a room with bay window and we liked it. Nice big windowswith the view of the town and open sky. Strong wifi. It has basic appliances- small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Well lighted. Bqthroom clean with free toiletries. Free parking and big lobby.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable. Sidewalks were clean of snow with ice melt at the main entrance.

The Breakfast was good for a quick grab and go. The Location was close to everything we needed. The Beds were comfortable the pool and Hot tub were fine.

Never had breakfast, I like hot breakfasts not cold stuff to pancakes. Coffee was fine and the juice was nice and cold too. Staff was great at check in check out. I have stayed here many times and will likely stay here again.

Everything was as expected/advertised. Check in was simple and without any problem. We did by chance attempt to enter our room without success. Upon my return to the front desk we found out that the knob to the room was intended for a handicap room and the handle mechanism works in an opposing direction. The desk clerk had reported the matter without correction to this date. Otherwise, all went well.
